Vacation!

Marmot and I went to Roanoke Virginia and spent a few days with my in-laws. Its gorgeous out there, the mountains are amazing. We slept late, went sightseeing, and just generally relaxed.

HCD Diet Phases

What do the phases mean anyway??

Round - the entire cycle of Phases 1-4.

Phase 1 - The cleansing phase recommended by Kevin Trudeau, not Dr. Simeon. Its optional, not everyone does this phase.

Phase 2 - This is the VLCD (Very Low Calorie Diet) Phase while taking the Hcg. This can be 23-43 days depending on how long you want to go, and how much weight you have to lose.

Phase 3 - This is after the VLCD phase, where you are not taking Hcg and are increasing your calories. No sugars or starches!

Phase 4 - This the maintenance phase, very careful consumption of sugars and starches.

So, R1P2D13 is translated as, Round 1, Phase 2, Day 13.
