My knee is not ok. I got on the treadmill and was just doing a 3.0 walk at 0 incline, but I only made it about 20 minutes before I noticed that my knee hurt. A LOT. Off the treadmill and a call to Dr. Dad, he said no more treadmill until he can look at it tomorrow. I'm actually bummed, and really hoping its ok. I already have enough problems with my arm after breaking it last winter, this seriously sucks. :-(

I'm sorry to hear about your knee. I hope your dad has good news for you tomorrow.
It sucks when you get in a groove, then injure yourself. I hope your up and walking soon.
You are doing so great! Don't let a bummed knee get you down...maybe you can continue to do some chair exercises or something to rest the knee.
As a nurse, I can't imagine a 12 hour shift on my feet with an injured knee though. I hope it feels better fast!
Welcome back, I've missed your posts. Be careful with that knee, you don't want to do any serious damage and end up having to get surgery. Hope you feel better soon.

Mine was kind of popping last night and doesn't feel so great this morning. I wanted to try another 6 mile today but maybe my body is saying rest today :)

The biggest loser challenge sounds great - I think being part of something like that would be fun and very motivating.
Sorry your knee is still bothering you - it is really frustrating to not be physically able to work out when you're mentally ready to kick some *ss. I hope you get good news from your Dad and are able to get back on that treadmill soon.
Sorry to hear about the knee. Hopefully your dad can fix you right up and recommend some quick-healing techniques. It's so frustrating when our bodies don't cooperate with us!
